Q- What’s your shipping timeframe?
A- Once your order is received, we do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed during the next business day. There maybe a delay with orders during holidays. Standard Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days via USPS and 7-20 business days with international shipping. We do offer Express shipping which is an additional $14.95. If you have questions that require an immediate response, please call us. All other issues will be handled in the order they are received. We will respond to all email questions within 24 hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UrbanSkye_ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered to the address on the order and you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly. ALL lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Q-What is your return policy?
A-Due to COVID-19 we are no longer excepting exchanges or returns we will review this policy monthly with each COVID-19 update.
Effective March 1,2020, we regret to inform our customers that due to COVID-19 which is a highly contagious virus we are refraining from accepting returns and exchanges at this time we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
